Each year, the Society of Typographic Aficionados works with a designer to develop an identity for their annual TypeCon event. For the 2015 conference, Nicholas embarked on a typographic exploration through code. The result is a drawing application that explores the condensed concept while referencing traditions of sketched and filigree typography. By varying the software’s parameters, forms are randomized and detail optimized for each item of collateral.
