Never before have we been able to communicate so quickly with so many people. The 2013 Annual report uncovers patterns and insights from a year of communication data including conversation, SMS, telephone calls, email, Facebook messages and physical mail. Inspired by the surveillance revelations of Edward Snowden, this document uses a variety of text-analysis and visualization techniques to reveal the information and misinformation within our communication data and meta-data.
