Prior to joining Facebook, Nicholas frequently contributed information graphics to a number of magazines and newspapers. Clients included The New York Times, NY Magazine, Wired, Time, The Wall Street Journal, GQ, Esquire, Metropolis and more. A high-point of this period was a five-page feature he researched and designed on Wikipedia that was honored a Gold Medal from The Society of Publication Designers.
